Pastor Tim Beauchamp is a native Texan. He grew up on a cotton farm in west Texas, where his parents raised him and his two siblings in a Christian home. Tim professed Christ as his Lord and Savior in his early 20s.

Tim is a graduate from California Baptist University in Riverside, California, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies. It was during his last year of college that Tim met and married Joanne. After college, Tim prepared for pastoral ministry, which led them to The Master’s Seminary in Sun Valley, California. In 2005, Tim graduated with a Masters of Divinity and pursued further studies at Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia. It was during his last year of seminary that Tim developed a love and conviction for the Reformed faith. During his time at Westminster, Tim came under care and was licensed by the Philadelphia Presbytery of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church. In March 2011, Tim and his family arrived at Bridgton, Maine to begin serving as the organizing pastor for Pleasant Mountain Presbyterian Church, a mission work of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church, the New York & New England Presbytery, and 2nd Parish Orthodox Presbyterian Church in Portland, Maine.

In his spare time, Tim enjoys cycling (road and mountain) and the outdoors. He especially loves spending time with his family. Tim and Joanne have five wonderful children: Sarah, Jonathan, Chloe, Grace, and Patrick – and the family dog, Juliet.
